KLC-FS PTE LTD is a private Singapore company built around a group of skilled individuals experienced in façade engineering — primarily engaged in installation, with design & build as the channel we're growing alongside it.
We work closely with architects, engineers, general contractors and specialist façade contractors, contributing at the earliest stages of concept design — so cost planning starts early and projects move forward with confidence.

KLC-FS shares manpower, equipment and site expertise with our affiliate company, Ken Leong Construction Pte Ltd — both under the same ownership. Established in 2003, Ken Leong is a specialist in external façade systems for commercial, residential and industrial developments across Singapore.
Because both companies share ownership, KLC-FS draws on a combined in-house team and a shared fleet of specialist equipment — including glass vacuum robots and lifters rated up to 2,000kg.
A 33-storey Grade A office tower in Tanjong Pagar. Ken Leong also carries recognitions from YKK AP Singapore, LHL International and Mero Asia Pacific.
